If you’ve been trawling through Google looking for a corporate AV supplier, you have our sympathy.
You’ve got the vision, but how do you know who’s really going to get it?
With so much jargon to wade through, and everyone promising the best kit, the best service and the best price, how on earth are you supposed to know who to choose?
More importantly, how do you know they’ll actually get it right?
Because finding the right AV supplier isn’t just about finding someone with the latest kit. It’s about finding a team who understands what you’re trying to achieve, listens to what you need, and knows how to make it happen.
Alrose Productions is a family run corporate events company, specialising in AV that’s been looking after conferences, AGMs, awards nights and product launches for over 23 years. Our technicians are on site from get-in to derig, our equipment is owned and maintained in house, and we answer the phone when you ring.
The kit list is rarely the deciding factor. Most established suppliers can get hold of decent speakers and a screen. What actually varies between corporate AV companies is what happens when something changes.
Because something always changes. Your keynote speaker arrives with a completely different deck. The venue moves you into a smaller room. Someone decides at 4pm that the panel discussion needs radio mics after all. The measure of a good AV team is how calmly they absorb that and how little of it ever reaches you.
That comes down to experience and to having your own people on site rather than freelancers who met that morning. Our crew have worked together for years across hundreds of corporate events, so they anticipate problems rather than react to them. It’s not glamorous, but it’s the bit that makes the difference between a smooth event and a stressful one.
We don’t have packages, because corporate events aren’t standard. A 60 delegate strategy day and a 900 seat awards ceremony need completely different thinking, and pretending otherwise usually means you pay for a kit you don’t need.
Sound comes first in almost every corporate setting. If people can’t hear the speakers clearly from the back of the room, nothing else you’ve spent money on matters. We spec audio systems for the actual space, handle radio mics for presenters and panels, and manage comms so the crew stay coordinated without any of it being visible to your guests.
Screens and video handle the visual side. LED walls, projection, presentation playback, live camera relay for larger rooms and streaming when you’ve got people joining remotely. We take your slides, videos and speaker notes in advance and make sure everything plays properly, so nobody is fiddling with a laptop while 300 people watch.
Lighting and staging finish it off. Good lighting makes your speakers look confident and your branding look intentional. Add staging, set build, rigging and power distribution, and you’ve got the whole audio visual solution from one place instead of five.
We know Corporate Events, Conferences and AGMS are our bread and butter, where clarity and structure are the priority above all else.
We love to bring high production value to awards ceremonies and gala dinners, not sacrificing substance or style for product launches and fashion shows.
But, we also know when to rein it in. Internal comms days, board meetings and hybrid events (where half the audience are online) need smooth, simple tech and clear visuals.
We work throughout the UK from our base in Stockton-on-Tees, and we’re used to venues of every kind, from purpose built conference centres to hotel function rooms and unusual spaces that were never designed for events at all. We’ll do a site visit, produce a technical plan and flag anything that’s likely to cause a headache to solve before the day.
We feel lucky to have grown alongside many of our corporate clients, adapting and evolving as their needs have grown with them.
Their loyalty is never something we take for granted. For us, it’s a testament to the collaborative, transparent approach we bring to every project.
We’re proud to have built long-standing relationships with industry leaders such as: Vertu Motors, Benenden Health, Logopak and Flen Health. Delivering everything from small exhibition stands to multi-day conferences and dinners for more than 400 attendees.
The reason is fairly ordinary. We’re straight with people about what’s needed and what isn’t, we quote properly rather than adding surprises later, and we take genuine responsibility for the technical side of the day. When you’ve got a room full of delegates and a board watching, having a team you trust is worth a great deal.

Whether you’ve got a full technical spec ready to go or just a date, a venue and a vague sense of panic, we’d be glad to hear from you. Tell us what you’re trying to achieve and we’ll tell you honestly what it takes.
Give us a ring or get in touch with us online, and a member of our friendly team will be happy to help.
