Our full production services include everything from event design, sound, lighting, and video to staging, technical management and operational technicians. When everything is handled by one experienced team, the execution is much smoother, leaving you with fewer things to worry about.
Every event is different, and so are its production requirements. With a full-service production team, you’re not getting a one-size-fits-all approach; you get a customised experience tailored to your event’s specific needs. Whether you need a sophisticated lighting design for an elegant gala, immersive audiovisual experiences for a concert, or a professional setup for a corporate event, Alrose Productions has the expertise to create solutions that fit.
Our team works closely with you to understand your goals, the atmosphere you want to create, and your technical requirements, and we bring that vision to life with precision. This level of personalized service ensures that every detail matches your expectations, resulting in a seamless, high-quality experience for all attendees.
Managing an event involves juggling a lot of moving parts — from coordinating speakers to ensuring that all technical aspects are running smoothly. With a full production service, you have the peace of mind knowing that experts are handling the most crucial elements of your event. You won’t need to hire separate companies for sound, lighting, staging, or video, and you won’t have to stress over managing multiple contracts or timelines.
Alrose Productions offers a single point of contact for all production-related concerns, reducing the chances of miscommunication and allowing you to focus on other important aspects of your event, such as guest engagement, branding, and content. We handle the technical side, so you can rest assured everything will come together on time and within budget.
A key advantage of choosing a full-service production company is access to state-of-the-art equipment and highly skilled professionals. At Alrose Productions, we invest in the latest technologies to deliver the highest-quality sound, lighting, and visual effects that will elevate your event. Whether you need high-definition projection, flawless sound systems, or dynamic lighting setups, we have the tools and expertise to deliver.
Our team includes industry experts who understand how to operate and maintain this equipment under demanding conditions. From troubleshooting to fine-tuning, we ensure that your event runs smoothly without a hitch, creating an impressive and immersive experience for your guests.
While it may seem like hiring individual vendors for different aspects of production could be more affordable, the truth is that opting for a full production service is often more cost-effective in the long run. With Alrose Productions handling every technical need, you avoid potential markups or miscommunications from dealing with multiple suppliers. Our team works to maximize the budget and ensures that the production quality is never compromised.
Moreover, we help you avoid hidden costs by providing transparent pricing, and our expertise allows us to manage the event more efficiently, saving time and resources throughout the entire process. A well-organized production is often more cost-effective than dealing with last-minute problems or needing additional technical support on the day of the event.
Ultimately, the goal of any event is to create an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere, energy, and visuals you present will stick with your attendees long after the event is over. Full-service production helps you elevate your event into an experience that exceeds expectations.
At Alrose Productions, we specialise in creating memorable moments through our carefully designed and executed audiovisual displays. At Alrose Productions, we’re a big fan of T3. We say that it’s a bit like Lego for adults, because you can make pretty much anything out of it… and have (almost) as much fun.
In a nutshell, T3 is a modular system that can be used to build exhibition stands in whatever configuration suits you! This can be refigured to suit different venues, stand sizes, and varying additional extras that may need to be included, e.g. TVs and waterfall railings. Check out our case studies here to see our T3 based exhibition stands in action!
Due its modular nature, T3 is a term used to refer to the whole system, but this can be broken down into ‘bars’ and ‘blocks’. The structure is created when bars are extended horizontally or vertically in any direction, using connector blocks between the bars. These are cubes with holes in each side of them, so the additional length on the end of the bar can slot inside of it, twist and connect securely. Just like Lego!
Graphics are then clad to the frame, ensuring the structure looks perfectly branded and in line with our Client’s vision. The stand becomes an enlivened manifestation of their brand, instantly recognisable to potential customers from across the exhibition hall.
What is it made from?
T3 beams (or bars, as we call them) are made from sturdy, lightweight aluminium. The connector blocks are made from a durable plastic, and there are a whole host of extras, such as braces and feet, which can make the structure even more reliable, strong, and safe.
How can it be used?
T3 is most commonly used to create exhibition stands. This is perfect, as it allows for complete customisation per client and can be made exactly to design specification. You can chat to us here about how we do this, creating mock-ups digitally to render your design.
At Alrose Productions, we love to build stands using T3, as it gives our client total control over their bespoke stand. It enables us to add in doors, lighting and power, storage cupboards within the stand, TVs, and product displays such as shelving and waterfall rails. We can rest safe in the knowledge that when we leave a site, our client will have a fully functional stand which caters to their every requirement!
So, can T3 only be used to build an Exhibition Stand?
No, absolutely not! That’s just one of its limitless uses. We use T3 in different ways on every job, be it for function or design. We’ve used T3 to build structures that provide additional support to logistical elements of an event, such as three-man registration desks and uniquely designed lecterns, even a printing counter made from T3 and then hidden behind chemical drums for an authentic feel (see above)!
T3 can be used for additional branding, such as lightboxes and displays. We are experts in creating a fully branded look, using a combination of full stretch fabric graphics and hi-spec printed Foamex to our client’s taste and budget. Did you know, T3 can even be used to clad branded fabric graphics to shell scheme!?
There’s really nothing we can’t do with T3. Call us on 01845 537977, or email us at on [email protected] to chat to us about how we can help you and your event stand out from the crowd!
At Alrose Productions, we understand that planning and executing a successful exhibition or event involves many moving parts. One of the key elements in creating an engaging and professional environment for both exhibitors and attendees is choosing the right type of set up. Shell scheme is one of the most popular and practical options for a wide range of events.
In this blog post, we’ll explore the numerous benefits of shell scheme, and why it might be the perfect choice for your next exhibition or event.
1. Cost-Effective Solution
One of the primary benefits of shell schemes is their affordability. Unlike custom-built stands that require significant investment in materials and design, shell schemes offer a much more budget-friendly alternative. As they are pre-constructed modular units, the cost is lower while still providing a professional and polished appearance. This makes them an ideal option for exhibitors looking to keep costs down without sacrificing quality.
2. Quick and Easy Setup
Time is always of the essence when it comes to event planning. Exhibition shell schemes are designed for easy assembly, meaning you can set up your stand in a fraction of the time compared to traditional custom stands. The modular design allows for a streamlined build process, minimising the need for specialist contractors or lengthy setup periods. With Alrose Productions’ expertise, your shell scheme stand can be ready and operational in no time.
3. Versatility and Flexibility
Shell scheme is highly adaptable to a wide range of event types. Whether you’re attending a trade show, an exhibition, or a conference, shell schemes provide a versatile base that can be customised to suit your needs. From adding graphics and branding to arranging shelves or lighting, shell schemes can be tailored to represent your brand and message effectively. The modular design also allows for various layouts, which can help create a unique space that fits your brand’s style.
4. Professional Appearance
In any exhibition or trade show, the professionalism of your exhibition stand can make a significant impact. Shell scheme offer a clean, structured environment that provides a modern, cohesive look. With minimal effort, you can create an attractive display that enhances your brand’s image and draws the attention of potential clients.
5. Scalability
Whether you’re a small business or a large enterprise, shell schemes can be scaled to meet your needs. They come in various sizes, and their modular nature allows for easy expansion or reduction depending on your space requirements. If you need to accommodate more products, graphics, or even staff, additional panels and components can be added without hassle. This scalability makes shell scheme a suitable option for both small and large-scale events.
6. Storage and Transportation
The modular components of shell scheme are designed for ease of storage and transportation. After the event, shell scheme is easily dismantled and packed away for future use. This reduces storage costs and eliminates the need for bulky or complicated structures. Alrose Productions can assist with transport and storage logistics, ensuring that your materials are ready for the next event.
7. Support and Maintenance
Another benefit of opting for a shell scheme is the ongoing support provided by the event organisers. Most shell scheme packages come with built-in features such as lighting, power connections, and signage, ensuring that your stand is fully functional. Additionally, our team at Alrose Productions is always available to assist with any maintenance or last-minute adjustments that might be required during the event. This peace of mind ensures you can focus on what matters most—connecting with your audience.
8. Sustainability
In today’s eco-conscious world, sustainability is a growing concern for many exhibitors. Shell scheme is made from reuseable materials, and their modular nature means that components can be reused at multiple events, reducing waste. Choosing a shell scheme is an environmentally-friendly option that aligns with sustainability goals, which is a key consideration for many businesses looking to improve their corporate responsibility.
Conclusion
At Alrose Productions, we believe that shell schemes offer a wide range of benefits for exhibitors looking to make a big impact without breaking the bank. They provide a cost-effective, flexible, and professional solution for a variety of event types, allowing you to focus on showcasing your products and services. Whether you’re a first-time exhibitor or a seasoned professional, shell schemes provide a practical foundation for success.

It’s hard to know where to start when it comes to planning an event, especially when it comes to technical specifications. We know it can feel daunting to bridge the gap between your creative vision, knowing what is possible and knowing how to achieve it.
Thankfully, at Alrose Productions, we’re experts in live events, so we know exactly what you’ll need if you’re think of hosting a conference.
First things first, what is a conference?
Well, it’s the coming together of experts in an industry or specific field to share knowledge and research around a given topic. Conferences are comprised of seminars with key-note speakers and panellists, networking opportunities, and workshops. Often hosted annually by an industry body, there are awards dinners and entertainment in the evening, held to celebrate achievements in their relevant fields over the previous year.
So, what do I need?
First of all, decide on dates, times, and location. Conferences are often held in hotels, due to their abundance of meeting rooms available, open spaces for networking, and banqueting halls. Plus, easy (and often discounted) accommodation for any attendees! When decided, arrange a meeting with the venue to assess what they already have in place and what they have done for similar events in the past. This will help you to determine what you need.
This is where we come in! We have years of experience in producing live and virtual conferences, with specialist knowledge of AV kit and systems to ensure that each event is produced appropriately according to the space and client’s needs. We act as a middleman, so all you have to do is turn up on the day! We’re with you every step of the way to ensure that we understand your requirements and vision. And… we’re very discreet! So no one has to know that you ever had any help – shhh!
Here are our top 5 elements of AV you need for a conference event.
You’re going to need a stage, because you want to be seen! Forgive us for stating the obvious, but this works to create a natural speaker/audience dynamic within your space. Staging helps to establish an atmosphere of credibility and status, signalling the importance of the key-note speakers whilst demonstrating via the room format that it is a space to listen, as opposed to mix. And, this really is stating the obvious now, but staging at a conference provides a clear view for all – no matter if attendees are sitting or standing.
We encourage our clients to think about what’s happening on the stage, to work out what it might look like and what extras it may need to be fully functional. For example, what colour do you want the flooring to be? Do you need furniture? Are you planning to show videos, so will you need a screen? These are all things we discuss and can provide to clients.
Assuming you have people on your stage, you want them to be heard as well as seen! Sound is very important. During the day, this will include microphones and speakers, plus input such as music or video audio. This may be across multiple breakout rooms, so needs coordinating effectively. At night, you must reconsider how the stage function changes. If you have a band at the Annual Dinner, you’ll need the right set up and additional speakers, mixed to the correct levels for the room, with all the respective cabling and accessories. Luckily for you, when you choose Alrose, we always have trusty sound techs on hand to ensure nothing goes wrong!
Lighting is the best way to bring personality to your event. For want of better words, it just makes everything that little bit extra! It adds sparkle, enabling you to create whatever mood suits that part of the day. For example, spots can create dramatic focus when announcing an award winner, whereas a light wash in brand colours can create an immersive brand atmosphere which functions as a neutral background to varying speakers and topics throughout the day.
Graphics are a crucial part of your event, and can also be cleverly lit up to make them really stand out on a stage. More importantly, graphics are fundamental element of event décor, because your brand should be all over your conference. The first reason, most obviously, because it’s your event, and you deserve the credit and connections which may result from attendance. Secondly, we live in a world now where everything we do is online. 80% of B2B leads generated on social media come from LinkedIn. Social media platforms are essential to networking now, and that’s what your attendees are there to do. Every point of interest should be covered in branded graphics – for example, lecterns, registration desks, blank walls in front of ‘mingling’ areas, screens, staging, wall dividers, windows… you get the idea! However, do consider that graphics aren’t just about branding. They’re also there to ease guest experience, with logistical aids such as conference maps, seating plans, and schedules of the day.
Last, but absolutely not least, have you accounted for all guests? We offer accessible technologies at Alrose Productions to ensure that all guests feel comfortable and considered at an event. For example, a D/deaf person may require a hearing loop, or live streaming with closed captions. Perhaps the stage needs a ramp to ensure it is accessible for all users, or an outdoor marquee on uneven ground needs additional flooring. It’s also important for people who are unable to attend for a whole host of reasons, such as accessible travel, or childcare, that they can join virtually. Please ensure that you consider the needs of all people, not just those who look or experience the world like yourself. This inclusive attitude will leave a lasting impression on your attendees, and reflect who you are as a business in itself.
