Everything about the process and timescales was really clear and as we were on a very short lead time this was important and re-assuring. The same was true with the quote, this is the first time we’ve done an exhibition on this scale and it was easy for me to see how the budget was allocated and make decisions on what to do/not do. The event expertise and knowledge is good and meant we could make more informed decisions at each point. Everyone on the team was also really accessible from the planning to the build and breakdown and there was a high level of professionalism, each person was a perfectionist!

Just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU for last week! The stage set looked fabulous, very imposing and even the blue carpet grew on me! Tim, yourself and Dan were all amazing throughout the entire event. Obviously, a particular shout out to Tim who delivered on everything we threw at him!
As I said to Andy on Sunday morning we could not have been happier with AP team. As you’ll appreciate organising an event like the Gala is pretty mammoth. It’s quirky, slightly random and is made by the people, for the people. This was the first year that we had a proper stage and sound system. Alrose held our hands on technical and practical issues and the team kept our nerves calm. Nothing was a problem and Colm look after us brilliantly, his rigging of the banners to the back of the stage just made everything work. It made the setting perfect. The feedback from the audience has been overwhelming. We’d recommend AP to anyone (although we’re not really in the festival game except for once a year)
Just a quick note to say a massive than you to the Alrose Team who really knocked it out of the park last week. Long hours, a lot of last minute changes to set ups and some under-rehearsed sessions did not phase them at all, and all of the team were not only professional but really helpful and positive too. I am very picky about my crew but I can say that these are some of the best people I have worked with in 35 years – I have total confidence in them and I know they will go above and beyond to make everything happen.
