Everything about the process and timescales was really clear and as we were on a very short lead time this was important and re-assuring. The same was true with the quote, this is the first time we’ve done an exhibition on this scale and it was easy for me to see how the budget was allocated and make decisions on what to do/not do.
The event expertise and knowledge is good and meant we could make more informed decisions at each point.
Everyone on the team was also really accessible from the planning to the build and breakdown and there was a high level of professionalism, each person was a perfectionist!
